环氧地坪施工前进行混凝土基面处理，检查混凝土基面含水率也是其中一项。混凝土基面容易吸附水分子，水分子含量过高会影响环氧地坪漆与基面的粘结力，而且水中含有碱性物质，会造成环氧地坪漆的性能受到破坏，以及有可能导致整个环氧地坪系统在涂装完成后,影响其牢固性,从而引起地坪起泡、分层、失效等现象。地下车库地面要做环氧地坪，基层地面须测试含水率，下面介绍方法：

Before the construction of epoxy flooring, concrete foundation treatment is carried out, and checking the moisture content of concrete foundation is one of them. Concrete base is easy to absorb water molecules. Excessive water content will affect the bonding force between floor paint and base, and alkaline substances in water will cause the performance of floor paint to be destroyed, and may cause the whole epoxy floor system to affect its firmness after finishing painting, resulting in floor blistering, delamination, failure and other phenomena. To make epoxy floor for underground garage floor, the moisture content of base floor should be tested. The following methods are introduced:

方法一：用45*45cm透明塑料薄膜平铺地面上，以胶带封合四周，经16小时后，若薄膜内壁出现水珠或混凝土变黑，则含水率高，不宜施工。

Method 1: Use 45 * 45 cm transparent plastic film to spread the floor and seal it with tape. After 16 hours, if there are droplets or concrete blackening on the inner wall of the film, the water content is high and it is not suitable for construction.

方法二：用一张干燥报纸，再以平板覆上，24小时后取出点燃，易燃者含水率合格；断续可燃者，较潮，须选用高渗透底漆或水性材料；难燃者，则不能施工。

Method 2: Use a dry newspaper, then cover it with a flat plate, and take it out after 24 hours to ignite, the water content of the flammable is qualified; the intermittent flammable, wet, must choose high permeability primer or water-based materials; the flammable, can not be constructed.
