厂房环氧地坪一般要求防滑，耐磨，抗压且易清理特点，因此选择环氧树脂地坪是最合适的。根据厂房地面情况选择合适的施工工艺。环氧薄涂环氧地坪，环氧砂浆环氧地坪，环氧自流平地坪等。地面情况较差，一般选择2.0mm环氧砂浆地坪或者3.0mm环氧砂浆地坪；选择环氧自流平也可行，只是造价微高，但做出来的效果美观，抗压性和耐磨损性是最佳的，且使用年限长久。地面情况较好，新地面，一般较简单的工艺是薄涂地坪和砂浆地坪，由于经常走叉车地牛，建议在面涂施工后涂刷罩光清漆，这样就能抗划伤，不易损坏地坪漆。

③刮涂无溶剂中涂层砂浆，（这道工序也可以不用，如果使用会增强地坪的硬度和使用年限）

④刮涂环氧腻子两道；

⑤涂刷两遍环氧面漆。
