环氧地坪漆的最佳施工环境温度是10-35℃,一般来说5℃以上也可施工,低于5℃,环氧地坪漆的施工效果就比较难保证。温度低于5℃ ，双组分环氧地坪漆涂料的固化反应历程减慢或停止，会严重影响环氧地坪涂料的固化性能，表现为涂膜表干太慢，容易被灰尘等杂物污染，影响表现和装饰效果;固化过程延长，甚至不能完全固化，涂膜性能严重降低，如强度、硬度降低，耐磨性变差，直接影响使用寿命。对于无榕剂自流平涂料的影响则更大，表现为涂料的黏度成倍增长，流动、流平性能变差，施工时产生刀痕等缺陷。事实上更低的温度，无溶剂环氧树脂自流平涂料几乎是不可用的。

3、添加溶剂

4、涂料加热
