环氧地坪漆采用一次性涂覆工艺，不管有多大的面积，都不存在连接缝，而且表面光滑平整、附着力强，耐摩抗压，装饰性效果非常好。但是有的客户做完环氧地坪漆之后却是表面比较粗糙，非常影响美观性，这是什么原因造成的呢?

导致环氧地坪漆表面粗糙的因素：

1、环氧地坪漆材料使用前没有进行过滤，含有杂质，这些杂质在环氧地坪漆施工时粘在涂膜表面，最后就会造成环氧地坪漆表面粗糙。2、环氧地坪漆施工之前没有将地面打磨平整、杂物清除干净，也会造成环氧地坪漆施工后表面粗糙。3、环氧地坪漆中涂砂浆层和腻子层施工后没有进行打磨处理，也会造成环氧地坪漆表面粗糙。4、环氧地坪漆施工现场灰尘比较多，特别是在面漆施工过程中没有进行现场封闭，导致灰尘落在还处于流平阶段的漆膜上，最终导致灰尘黏附于环氧地坪漆涂膜上而使涂膜出现粗糙现象。5、一次配料过多。环氧地坪漆是双组份材料，以当涂料混入固化剂后，涂料就开始起化学作用，环氧环氧地坪漆涂料黏度就慢慢升高，到特定时间后就开始胶化，直接最后固化成膜。当涂料开始胶化仍继续施工时，地坪漆涂膜就可能出现粗糙了。6、施工现场温度太高，稀释剂挥发太快，环氧地坪漆施工后没有流平的时间就已经开始固化，也会导致环氧地坪漆表面粗糙。

When the coating begins to gelatinize and continues to be applied, the film of floor paint may be rough. 6. The temperature of the construction site is too high, the diluent volatilizes too fast, and the epoxy floor paint solidifies without leveling time after construction, which will also lead to the rough surface of the epoxy floor paint.

预防环氧地坪漆施工后表面粗糙的方法：

1、环氧地坪漆材料使用前一定要过滤杂质，避免杂质混入涂料中。2、一定要严格按照环氧地坪漆施工工艺进行施工，将地面处理好。3、环氧地坪漆中涂砂浆层和腻子层施工后一定要打磨，避免腻子刮痕的存在。4、环氧地坪漆施工现场一定要封闭，特别是在面漆施工过程中。5、环氧地坪漆配料时一定要采取少量多次的原则，避免一次配料过多。6、在夏季高温天气进行环氧地坪漆施工时要避开高温时段，选择沸点高的稀释剂。
