我们知道地面油污也是环氧地坪施工中在进行原混凝土地面处理时常遇到的问题,在施工环氧地坪的初级阶段要对地面进行很好的处理,否则地面处理不好会对后期环氧地坪的施工质量造成很大的危害。各种油污的存在严重影响环氧地坪涂层与基面的粘结力,而油类的渗透性均极强,尤其是长期接触油污的基面,油污很难清除干净,少有彻底、有效的办法就是重新浇筑混凝土基面,在完全干燥后马上施工环氧地坪。

1、先用盐酸冲洗后碱洗地面。盐酸冲洗主要起到一个除油的作用。盐酸的浓度不能太高,用到4~5%即可。对于油污较重的地方,可多推洗几次。使用这个方法要注意安全、通风,如果不小心被盐酸溅到,需要用大量的水冲洗。盐酸冲洗完后用碱洗地面。使用一公斤的烧碱与20公斤的水混合,刮涂地面,目的是为了中和地面的盐酸。因为环氧环氧地坪底层不耐强盐酸。

2、火焰灼烧:此方法只针对可燃的油类有效。应注意不能过度灼烧,否则会使混凝土基面爆裂。

用以上方法处理后,能有效的改善环氧地坪漆涂层与基面之间的粘结力,但是油污基面施工环氧始终不够稳定,所以必须经过几次维修、在基层油污全部清除后,脱层的情况才会慢慢消失。地面油污处理是件非常麻烦的事,建议生产中有油污外漏地面的企业及汽车修理厂等先做好环氧地坪漆后营业生产。
