我们在进行环氧地坪漆涂装施工的时候，时常会发现我们购买回来的环氧地坪漆涂料出现了沉淀或者是结块的现象，难道这是因为我们被骗了而买到了劣质的环氧地坪漆涂料产品了吗?其实不是的，这是因为涂料内成分自然下沉。这次我们来教大家如何防止环氧地坪涂料发生沉淀、结块的现象。

When we are painting epoxy floor paint, we often find that the epoxy floor paint we bought has precipitated or caked. Is this because we were deceived and bought inferior epoxy floor paint products? In fact, it is not because the composition of the paint naturally sinks. This time we are going to teach you how to prevent the precipitation and caking of epoxy floor coatings. 1、在设计涂料配方时，考虑适合的颜基比。一般颜基比不要超过2∶1，特殊品种除外。颜填料尽量选用密度小些的，有些颜料如红丹粉、铬黄、云母氧化铁、铁红、沉淀硫酸钡等，密度都较大，少用或酌情用，低密度颜填料替代。

1. When designing the formulation of coatings, the appropriate ratio of pigment to base should be considered. Generally, the ratio of pigment to base should not exceed 2:1, except for special varieties. Pigments and fillers should be selected with lower density as far as possible. Some pigments, such as red powder, chrome yellow, mica iron oxide, iron red, precipitated barium sulfate, etc., have higher density and should be replaced by low density pigments and fillers. 

2、涂料的粘度不能过低，选用的颜填料之间不能相互反应。如锌粉、铝粉、氧化钾等比较活泼，在贮存稳定性不佳涂料中尽量不用或分罐包装。在涂料生产时，采用适合的设备，尽量研磨分散均匀，达到规定粘度、细度。例如氯化橡胶类涂料，稳定性差，易与铁类物质发生反应，应用不锈钢或石衬里设备生产。

2. The viscosity of coatings should not be too low, and the selected pigments and fillers should not react with each other. For example, zinc powder, aluminium powder, potassium oxide and so on are more active, and they should not be used or packed separately in coatings with poor storage stability. In the production of coatings, appropriate equipment should be used to grind and disperse evenly, so as to achieve the prescribed viscosity and fineness. For example, chlorinated rubber coatings, poor stability, easy to react with iron, using stainless steel or stone lining equipment production. 

3、在涂料中加入防沉剂，利用少量助剂的特殊性能，制成触变性涂料，改变涂料悬浮状态。常用的防沉剂有硬脂酸系列、气相二氧化硅、改性膨润土、氢化蓖麻油等。现进口防沉剂品种很多，一般加入0.1%-0.5%，就可防沉淀，而加入2%-3%，就可将涂料制成触变性涂料，形成较高的膜厚。

3. Thixotropic coatings are prepared by adding anti-settling agents into the coatings and using the special properties of a small amount of additives to change the suspension state of the coatings. The common anti-sedimentation agents are stearic acid series, gas phase silicon dioxide, modified bentonite, hydrogenated castor oil and so on. At present, there are many kinds of imported anti-settling agents, generally adding 0.1% - 0.5%, can prevent precipitation, and adding 2% - 3%, can be made into thixotropic coatings, forming a higher film thickness. 

经销商的防治措施。1、涂料贮存应放置在阴凉通风处，定期将涂料桶横放、倒置或摇动几次。要注意涂料的贮存期限，先入库的先使用。对于一些贮存期限低的涂料，如氯化橡胶、氯乙烯、聚氨酯类要特别小心。

Preventive measures for dealers. 1. Coatings should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and paint barrels should be placed horizontally, inverted or shaken several times regularly. Attention should be paid to the storage period of coatings, first put into storage, first use. For some coatings with low storage life, such as chlorinated rubber, vinyl chloride and polyurethane, special care should be taken. 

2、对于已沉淀的涂料，可用手工或机械搅拌均匀后再使用。对于结块现象，应先把可流动部分倒出，用刮铲从容器底部铲起沉淀，研碎后，再把流动介质倒回原先桶中，充分混合。

2. For the deposited coatings, they can be uniformly stirred manually or mechanically before being used. For the caking phenomenon, the movable part should be poured out first, and the sediment should be shoveled from the bottom of the container with a scraper. After crushing, the flowing medium should be poured back into the original barrel for full mixing.
