环氧地坪漆是一种高强度、耐磨损、美观的地板，具有无接缝、质地坚实、耐药品性佳、防腐、防尘、保养方便、维护费用低廉等优点，可根据不同的用途要求设计多种环氧地坪漆施工工艺解决方案。但是，也有消费者会遇到环氧地坪漆施工之后硬度不好的情况，这是什么原因呢?

However, there are also consumers will encounter poor hardness after the construction of epoxy floor paint, what is the reason?环氧地坪漆硬度不好的原因大致有三点：

There are three reasons for the poor hardness of epoxy floor paint:

1、选择的环氧地坪漆材料质量有问题，光磊环氧地坪漆厂家提醒大家切不可贪图环氧地坪漆价格便宜选择没有质量保证的地坪漆材料。

1. The quality of the selected epoxy floor paint materials is problematic. Guanglei floor paint manufacturers remind us that we must not greedily seek cheap floor paint materials without quality assurance.

2、固化剂、稀释剂的使用比例有问题，比如：固化剂比例减少，地坪漆的硬度就会低。在使用地坪漆材料时一定要严格按照配比调配材料。

2. The proportion of curing agent and diluent is problematic. For example, when the proportion of curing agent decreases, the hardness of floor paint will be low. In the use of floor paint materials, materials must be formulated strictly in accordance with the proportions.

3、施工温度，天气太冷的话，地坪漆处于凝固状态，固化剂和稀释剂主漆都不能很好的混合，自然地坪漆的硬度也会低。

Method for testing film hardness of epoxy floor paint:

测试环氧地坪漆漆膜硬度需要使用到一组中华高级绘图铅笔，铅笔硬度有6B,5B,4B,3B,2B,B,HB,F,H,1H,2H,3H,4H,5H,6H,7H,8H,9H共18个等级。从6B到9H,铅笔硬度逐渐增大。

To test the film hardness of epoxy floor paint, a set of Chinese advanced drawing pencils with 18 grades of 6B, 5B, 4B, 3B, 2B, B, HB, F, H, 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H and 9H are needed. From 6B to 9H, the hardness of pencil increases gradually.

a、铅笔处理。削去铅笔木杆，使铅芯露出3mm,铅笔与砂纸垂直，在砂纸上打圈摩擦，使其端面平整，边缘清晰锐利。

A. Pencil processing. Cut off the pencil rod to expose the lead core 3 mm. The pencil is perpendicular to the sandpaper and rubs in a circle on the sandpaper to make the end face flat and the edge clear and sharp.

b、推压。从6B开始，使铅笔与环氧地坪漆地面成45度，然后以合适的力度推压，以铅芯不断为限，推压速度为1cm/s,每一硬度标号都要擦刮5道，每刮一道都要对铅芯进行修磨，确保每一次擦刮前的铅芯端面平整，边缘锐利。

B. Push pressure. Starting from 6B, make pencil and epoxy floor paint 45 degrees, then press with appropriate force, with lead core continuously limited, push speed is 1cm/s, each hardness label should scrape 5 routes, each scrape a lead core to grind, to ensure that the lead core face is flat before each scrape, sharp edges.

c、察看擦刮结果。若有两道或者两道以上漆膜没有被划伤，则换下一位硬度更高的铅笔，重复上面的步骤;若5道划痕中有两道或两道以上划伤漆膜，则以上一硬度标号为该环氧地坪漆漆膜硬度。
