常见于环氧地坪的干膜薄厚测试仪器有毁灭性测厚和卡尺。检查时,测量点的选择要注意代表性。由于检测是破坏性的,一般只能在边角等不影响外观的地方取样和检查。对于环氧地坪涂膜厚度的要求一般如下:所有厚度测定点的平均值不应低于规定干膜厚度的90%;未达到规定干膜厚度的测定点数目不应超过测定点总数的10%。未达到规定厚度者应进行如下处理:合格率低于80%,需全面补涂;合格率为80%-90%,应根据情况做局部补涂。许多涂层膜厚超过规定标准,一般都不成问题,但带来了涂料的过多损耗和涂装经费的增加。由于涂层过厚会影响溶剂的挥发和完全干燥,以及下一涂层的固化,过厚的涂膜还可能产生起皱或开裂等缺点,应予以注意。环氧地坪施工中当膜厚超过规定最大干膜厚度的10%时,应设法解决。

Destructive thickness gauges and calipers are commonly used for dry film thickness measurement on epoxy floors. When checking, we should pay attention to the representativeness in the selection of measuring points. Because the detection is destructive, it can only be sampled and inspected in places such as edges and corners that do not affect the appearance. The requirements for film thickness of epoxy flooring are as follows: the average value of all measuring points should not be less than 90% of the prescribed dry film thickness; the number of measuring points that fail to reach the prescribed dry film thickness should not exceed 10% of the total number of measuring points. Those who fail to reach the required thickness should be treated as follows: the qualified rate is less than 80%, which needs to be fully repaired; the qualified rate is 80% - 90%, and local repairing should be done according to the situation. Many coatings whose film thickness exceeds the prescribed standard are not generally problematic, but they cause excessive loss of coatings and increase of coating cost. Due to the influence of coating thickness on solvent volatilization and complete drying, as well as curing of the next coating, excessive thickness of coating may also cause wrinkles or cracks, which should be paid attention to. In the construction of epoxy flooring, when the film thickness exceeds 10% of the prescribed maximum dry film thickness, it should be solved.

在施工质量控制中,膜厚标准化管理是较为重要的一项。说白了膜厚管理,是对环氧地坪漆施工中的涂膜厚度进行控制和对施工后的膜厚开展检验深入分析、分辨和品质报告与处理的过程。膜厚管理的目的是使环氧地坪涂层的壁厚既要满足设计规定的厚度以确保防护性能,又要避免超厚带来的浪费。环氧地坪涂装对于膜厚管理各个项M有明确的要求,例如在涂装工艺设计上,对每道应达标的厚膜和总干膜厚度都有严格的规定,应按要求执行。

湿膜薄厚测定一般是涂覆者用于指导施工人员确定获得预期干膜厚度需要涂覆的规定涂料用量。湿膜测厚仪常用的有两种:湿膜厚度轮规和湿膜厚度梳规。湿膜厚度的检测方法和技巧见有关书籍介绍。采用湿膜厚度测厚仪的优点在于可以在涂覆过程中检查和改正不适当的涂膜厚度。如果施工人员知道了湿膜厚度,当以此数据乘以涂料固体分的体积百分率,就可估算出干膜厚度,或者施工队伍也能通过小面积施工的工业漆用量,结合产品说明书的推荐数据估算出干膜厚度。

Wet film thickness measurement is generally used by the coater to guide the builder to determine the required amount of paint to be applied to obtain the expected dry film thickness. There are two kinds of wet film thickness gauge: wet film thickness gauge and wet film thickness comb gauge. The testing methods and techniques of wet film thickness are introduced in relevant books. The advantage of using wet film thickness gauge is that inappropriate film thickness can be checked and corrected during the coating process. If the builder knows the wet film thickness, the dry film thickness can be estimated by multiplying this data by the volume percentage of the solid component of the paint. Or the construction team can also estimate the dry film thickness by the amount of industrial paint used in small area construction, combined with the recommended data of the product description.

实际中进行破坏性试验后较难修复,所以湿膜厚度的测定和每道涂装厚度的累加以及涂料用量的控制(比如无溶剂自流平地坪涂料的施工)往往可用于取代总干膜厚度测定。

In practice, it is difficult to repair after destructive test, so the determination of wet film thickness and the accumulation of each coating thickness and the control of coating dosage (such as the construction of solvent-free self-leveling floor coating) can often be used to replace the total dry film thickness measurement.
