In the construction of epoxy floor paint, the common substrates are concrete, cement mortar, terrazzo and steel, but the construction quality has always been our most important, so what are the factors affecting the construction quality? 1、基层的附着物。在水泥基层表面一般都会有施工中的水泥尘埃，建议在施工前将其清除。

2、环境条件。环境条件是指对工程质量特性起重要作用的环境因素，它往往对工程质量产生特定的影响，施工环境温度控制在10——35°之间，温度不易过高或过低。空气相对湿度小于75%为宜。

3、基面强度。强度不足容易导致无锡环氧地坪涂层与基材被拉开，或是因为承受不住压力而使地面收到破坏。一般要求基材压缩强度大于25MPa。

4、基面平整度。基面不平整会影响基材与涂料的附着力，所以事先要对其进行检测，一般使用2m的靠尺，用塞尺测量靠尺下的缝隙，在3mm以下的都属于平整的。

5、基层干燥程度。混凝土和砂浆的地面是一定要干燥的，因为如果含有水分会降低涂层与基层的链接强度，也会导致脱层、鼓泡等涂膜弊病。
